Hey @BrooklynDA if you don't get your staff under control you're going to be clearing out your office in the snow in four yearshttps://twitter.com/DrRJKavanagh/status/967587331376123904 …

I mean, you're not just a random guy on twitter, you're the offical spox of
@BrooklynDA. If there's a factual error in what@DrRJKavanagh tweeted from court, please do correct it–it's your job, no? -
this idea that Kavanagh is a "singularly critical voice" of BKDA almost made me choke on my coffee. lmao
-
Me too! Tonight I will post the complaint appropriately redacted so as not to identify my client.

I'm posting this now. New thread. Funny thing is my tweets, as anyone's, are completely subjective. But this original tweet was a simple statement of fact. It was exactly what happened in court. It was so outrageous, I didn't even need to add commentary.

I’m actually on the road, plus my comment wasn’t directed at you—you have a client to represent; it was at the weird journalistic overreaction. Anyways, you guys should feel free to continue bad mouth me among yourselves.
-
Actually it was very much directed at me. Please.
-
Needless to say I hope you
@DrRJKavanagh will continue to tweet about your cases from court, a vital service for public scrutiny of prosecutors who as a species have run amok for too long. And the felony charges you reported are nasty and inappropriate.

Huh? I’m pretty sure I said I don’t know the facts. But your position was that you know every element of the case and that the DA should not keep his job. Is that serious position to have based on a by-definition-subjective tweet?
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
