That's nonsense. Millions of private individuals buy insurance they never use & the rich over spend hugely too. Because the NHS(UK) essentially treat the sick adequately there's not the breadth of profiteering. I'm all for nationalised 100% equal healthcare but let's be straight.

I appreciate the rich are rich mainly down to inherited wealth and the expression "entitlement spending" is validated by this. But it's not 'healthcare' in any 'illness required' sense, so the comparison is still skewed. Although the wider (entitlement) point itself is fair.
