Talk of coming down harder on "crime in the suites" always sounds like a pipsqueak imitation of rightwing punitiveness. Decriminalize. Use civil law to regulate and restructure markets. That's the solution.

Accountable yes, but ? Is how. Could even a smart, aggressive prosecutors make crime charges stick to an Rx opioid exec? Maybe, but I doubt it. A beefed/up expansion of regs enforced w civil law, penalties more likely to work
