@NickFoxNYT Fraud sure, but black-letter-law fraud is a much narrower category than many things that seem fraudulent, unfair, sleazy. -
@NickFoxNYT How different would our financial system look without clear violations of criminal law, including for fraud? Not that different. -
@ChMadar The biggest crime is what's legal. But there seems to have been plenty of real crime. And reasonable prosecution seems valuable
