Research cited in Ghettoside points in opposite direction: drugs sold in areas that had high violence pre-WOD.

There is. It's more a question of what that marginal effect is, and the simple correlation will tend to overstate.

@iljaboelaars@ChMadar Large scale? Unlikely. UCR too crude. SHR only for homicide, not sure id cause. Inmate surveys have too many blanks.
