Faith in torture is unshakeable here. I doubt any amount or evidence, no matter how solid, could convince a majority of Americans otherwise.

@ChMadar Isn't it more likely that nothing will change cuz Hersh story simply won't get much play in MSM media? -
@WHarkavy Well, that too. But the Senate torture report summary did get fair amount of media play w/out much impact on public opinion.

@ChMadar Yes. And are wrong re WMDs. And that's another issue. Selective attention and motivated reasoning at work. Difficult to dispel.
