So, THE DEAD ZONE is in the top tier, but what are the other contenders for "Best Stephen King movie"? There are a lot of them, mostly bad.

Finally, my dark horse, a movie that was sort of hated on but I kind liked: DREAMCATCHER, a mess, but maybe 2/3rds of it was awesome.

@willmenaker Wha' about Carrie? (De Palma's obvs.) I remember liking Salem's Lot long ago. Dead Zone was good fun tho, tuff 2 beat.
