Because you asked: I can't stomach pretentious middlebrows like John Malkovich (and his his dumb photos), Tilda Swinton, the late Lou Reed.
@AaronGarrett2 But of course intelligent people can disagree about Tilda S. (I did like her in Coens' Burn After Reading; Malkovich too.)

@chmadar I loved her in Snowpiercer. And in Ramsey's Kevin. And in Jarman's Blue. -
@AaronGarrett2 Her prosthetic choppers from Snowpiercer trailer did entice me, I'll admit it. -
@chmadar It's a wonderfully over the top performance. Not quite Cage in Vampire's Kiss, but … The film wasn't as good as the Host though. -
@AaronGarrett2 Of three Bong-Joon Hos I've seen, Memories of Murder was the best. (Others: Host, Dogs that don't bark) -
@chmadar Agreed, although I think Dogs is brilliant too. The Host is a great genre film. -
@AaronGarrett2 Oh yeah, not putting either of the others down. Just that Memories was so brill. Best movie depiction of torture I've seen. -
@chmadar Yup. Probably the greatest police procedural I've ever seen. And the template for Zodiac.
