Another preliminary thought: nuclear secrets and identities of U.S. spies abroad seem to me the most legitimate state secrets.

@ChMadar What about this guy? http://bit.ly/IjCOI5@conor64@speechboy71 -
@TheAlexKnapp I wish him best of luck getting asylum in US. But most of blame for release of his name lies w/ David Leigh, not Manning. -
@ChMadar I am not unsympathetic towards Manning. Just pointing out that at least one source was harmed. -
@TheAlexKnapp@ChMadar Gov witnesses at trial testified to sources forced to flee. No evidence of deaths http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/08/03/bradley-manning-sentence_n_3696501.html … -
@mgsledge@TheAlexKnapp Yes. But given that concrete examples of those forced to flee were given in secret, I take it with much salt. -

@TheAlexKnapp@mgsledge Yeah–I think it's a shame the wholly unredacted versions got out. But benefits still far outweighs harm done. -
@TheAlexKnapp@mgsledge Most of the blame for unredacted versions getting out lies IMO w/ David Leigh and Domscheit-Berg, not Manning. - 1 more reply
