I only lived in Northeast Ohio from 8th through 12th grade but that was enough to get me to adopt "tree lawn." Because I was a paper boy.
@Naparstek I dropped "treelawn" in property class at NYU Law once, unaware it was Cleveland dialect, got quite the roomful of vacant stares.
