It was exactly what it needed to be in the moment, the merciless portrayals of Blair and Rice especially were hilarious, the ending was perfect.

Fair warning, I usually have contrary tastes. And it’s pure satire, making (for example) Chaney look like a warped, self-important dumbass instead of the Machiavelli of our times - a much healthier take, in my contrary opinion. It’s also a kind of sad coda on the Bush years.
