Hey, the Evangelical Left definitely exists, just less as a social movement than as a liminal state.

yeah, I guess it exists, but it's so tiny! For some reason I'm particularly tired of the quadrennial thinkpieces about the neglected or resurgent Evangelical left. (Btw, 1/2 of Sojourners subscribers were Catholic, I recently read.)

We live in hope, as the saying goes. But yes, sadly tiny, and often less interesting than adjacent groups like the Catholic left, the black church, and the wild and sometimes wonderful world of evangélicos north of the border.
