Affirmative Action says that I’m not capable. That the only reason I’m chosen is because of my skin color. That you rather choose me based on my skin color than based on my skills and attributes. If you don’t want discrimination, why make room for it? #walkaway

There might have been a time and place for affirmative action, but it seems the more we focus on race and less on skills and morals, the greater the divide.

Because its one of the many tools the left uses to manipulate minorities through racism by convincing them that they are inferior and cannot make it on their own.

Affirmative action also has become an excuse for lowering standards of education, so Americans are not well prepared for much of the job market, the highest paying jobs. In other words, you are not considered equally smart. That must stop!

Bingo They tell kids they are held back instead of telling them they can be anything. Kids need to believe. Belief is a powerful thing, especially in children. If a child believes they can be something they want to be if they work for it, they WILL work for it.

At same time if you tell a child that they are screwed, they will believe it and most likely will not try for their innocent dreams.

Um... Have we tried just... trying something to enforce SKILLS not COHORT for recruiting software? Like... my friend and I managed an ACTUAL FORMAL PROPOSAL(in under 2 hours) that I put to a major corporation... and am in active negotiations to implement. #theJUSTexperiment
