It's stalled a bit. It was labelled as a Victorian Society endangered building so the plan to knock it down is up in the air.

Surely that's only half of it though - plenty of other bits not "endangered". Wasn't part of it refurbishing the older buildings too?

The plans I saw involved levelling the whole thing and starting from scratch. Was a while back though.
