    Well, New York elected a bunch of “far-left radical socialists” and look at what happened. Brokers fees are now eliminated, saving working people thousands of dollars per move. 🌃 What’s next, affordable childcare? Cheaper medicine? Legal marijuana?? Truly scary developments.

    This is a very big deal: NY just effectively banned broker fees for renters.

    The Iowa debacle is the biggest political ratfucking I've ever seen -- at least since Bush stole Florida in 2000. Aside from the firing of everyone involved, the only acceptable remedy is to finally revoke Iowa's first-in-the-nation status and eliminate the caucus model entirely.
