when i go to edit the video in video manager its still greyed out

@TeamYouTube is there a reason why the 'scheduled' option is greyed out and wont let me choose it when uploading a video? Will only let me choose public, unlisted or private

Im using laptop and chrome. This is the 1st time it has done this, it has not done it for previous uploads in the past
