  2. was set for a food & price crisis in 2022, but has put that on steroids. In NE -- 's "breadbasket" -- bags of bread are selling for x6 the price they're technically set at -- and animal feed is now x12 the price it was 18 months ago. Just the start.

    Is it possible that is exploring possible recruitment of Syrians to fight in ? Yes, absolutely. Would it be doing so in search for "elite" capabilities? No. Have we seen any actual, proven evidence for (a) recruitment or (b) arrivals in Ukraine? Not yet.
