    PSA: Everything helps and you're making a positive impact donating to food banks, but purchasing food they may or may not need as much as other food at a higher price than they can get is unilaterally worse than giving them the cash. Giving actual food is for your overbuys.

    I have no idea what "RFL" is, but I can guess from the way the question is being asked that "RFL" costs more than saving 220 innocent lives using effective-altruism methods, and involves annoying at least a million people. "RFL" could be worth it anyways, but very bad question.

    2:10:13 Way too proud of myself right now.

    I'm within a month of the worst physical shape of my life. I rather hate running. So naturally when my sister in law challenged me to run a half marathon in May I said yes. Starting my first run over twenty seconds in years now. Wish me luck!
