This means that everyone right now has the power to shut down any Discord that they feel like, even very old ones that have been open a very long time, because pouring tens of thousands of old messages checking for TOS breaking content is a completely undoable task.

This is open for so much abuse, especially when Discord, after one warning, do not actually approach the server owner for any kind of further information, they just straight up delete the server. Be very wary when using Discord in future guys, it's not a secure platform.
