July 22, 2011, 67 killed in Oslo and Utoya with another 110 wounded. Perhaps Norway should have provided bulletproof vests. That was a casualty rate of 34.922 per million. During a 7 year period, the US had a casualty rate of 1.225 per million. Fact is, Norway is worse than US.

NRA is funded by Russia which love when we put more guns in the hands of children. Killing each other, especially while young, is much easier than openly declaring a bloody war on us. Putin's no dummy, he has his hand in many of the divisive issues that crush us as a people.
