@TeamYouTube - Question, is it safe to assume that fake views don't get counted for monetization and actually bring your CPM down to troubling levels? If so, how do you protect yourself from competitors/fans/haters who send fake views to your channel to jeopardize your hard work?
@TeamYouTube - not sure what you're response time is and I respect it. This is just really troubling to me and I am worried, please advise at your earliest.

Yes, you're right. You may see views slow down, freeze, or adjust during this process as our team validates views that are real and accurate before actually showing up on the watch page. Learn more on how video views are counted: https://yt.be/help/Jgao . Hope this helps clarify.

Views are showing up on the watch page, however, the CPM is ridiculously low. I mean < 10% of what I've read the bottom of the range should be. We've seen some tremendous growth but have made something viral and relevant to deserve it. Not sure if botting or foul play is in play
