This tweet showing that ALL people find this indefensible regardless their politics. Some defining this as "socialism" others individual selfishness or someone pretending to be a socialist and ripping people off. I would concentrate on the fact that a charity pays that well.

David has never been a Socialist in his life. You have to judge people by their actions and not just words. If we say we are true socialists and then line our own pockets with money collected for people suffering then we are selfish and not socialists, or truly even charitable.

Deciding who to blame for injustices like this is the job of our news media. That is what divides us all, that and life experiences and perceptions. It is so easy to blame others for the problems with the World and to lose our own human values of sharing and compassion.

This was never a dig at socialism It was always about a Charity, what it pays David and questioning his integrity as a Centrist Blairite who feels able to criticise politicians in
@UKLabour trying to reform the party into what it once was.Show this thread

I would love
@DMiliband to comment as to why he is paid so much and why he feels the need to actually take it. Did he feel that it was acceptable considering it's supposedly a charity? Also consider the backlash that it would create for all charities.Show this threadThanks. Twitter will use this info to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

So what? Politics of envy is helpful to no one.
-
Politics of envy is Capitalism. The whole concept of capitalism is to own people and resources. And to profit from control their needs and wants.

Corbyn's struggling along on his £130k. Poor bastard.
-
What Charity does Corbyn work for? I thought he was paid as an MP? I agree that MP's wages should reflect better though. He puts them all to shame with his expenses.

He also evades taxes yet seeks to interfere in British domestic affairs. Let him keep his non "job" so long as the Americans keep granting him a "work" visa he's out of our hair
-
You have evidence that he evades taxes? Kindly send the information to the IRS and HMRC.
-
They have it already, and like criminal
#HSBC they do nothing about it. -

But what does he actually do?
-
He stands outside Marks and Spencer in Romford and hugs old ladies trying to get their direct debit details so he can empty out their accounts.
