Very important call, thank you. The role of int. legal regimes in mitigating global catastrophic risks seems undervalued, not well discussed. Pandemics is one acute example (see our BMJ 25Feb editorial on a pandemic treaty), but not the only. Would be timely for GCF to focus on.
The Global Challenges Foundation wants to see new global governance models that can help mitigate or eliminate global catastrophic risk.
