That would quickly become a dictators-state. Wheter you want or not. At best there could be a advisory-making-body consisting out of real experts who's advise can be seen as objective and true.
Do you think that a supranational decision-making body should be given a mandate to deal with issues like climate change, pandemics, nuclear arms and thus be able to make binding, global decisions on behalf of states on these issues?
