The idea of ChalChitra Abhiyaan germinated soon after the 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots, when we found how media was used to vitiate the atmosphere, instigate riots. CCA hopes to fill that vaccum for an alternate media in West UP that raises real issues of ppl.
