Minimorph's design restricts it to being burst as silences can only be burst due to stack issues, like freezes. Also, minimorph right now is keeping Lee Sin on check. Too much interaction can also be as problematic as burst speed removal. I'd even say mini is healthy for the game

Then IMO Lee Sin should be changed so Yauso and whole other regions who's identity come with means to counter removal aren't nullified.

So to be clear it's not purely a Lee Sin problem. Minimorph is good against decks that bring a single big threat (3x specifically), and that's what it was designed to be good against. It's the tradeoff you make when your deck has a single point of failure (which isn't always bad)

The number of times I’ve lost a game last second with my GP being cucked is very annoying. The deck isnt even central around making sure GP is out. Makes me want to drop the game.

It would have been the same had they used any other hard removal spell though, right? That deck doesn't have an answer to Vengance, Thermobeam or any other hard removal, does it?

Incorrect. All the other hard removal spells allow for interaction. A Deny, Hourglass, Recall, etc, as means to stop it (Which forces the 'remover' to bait out protection and or wait for mana use). Also, all the other means of removal, SI has means of reviving -- not with Mini.

GP decks don't have access to those things you mentioned, & most deck don't either. Most SI decks don't have ways to revive either so killing or silencing become basically the same. That means, Shira wouldn't have been able to do anything even if Vengance was played.

I'm not talking GP, I'm looking bigger picture. What are you talking about? SI has Mist's Call, Scribe of Sorrows, and the Rekindler -- all become devalued due to Minimorph. Silence is not allowed to target champions (Purify) and if it is (Hush) it's limited to the round.

So, I'd argue Minimorph breaks another paradigm in how silence is used (being able to target Champions and permanently silence them).

It may seem so it a vacuum but it really enables some decks to deal with units that have burst speed effects or with those that are too packed with cost-effective interaction. For the rest of decks, it doesn't have a meaningful effect on the game. Vs aggro mini is a dead card btw

I'll also admit that with nerfs to Bandle City as a whole, it's popularity starting to drop, sure I'm seeing less and less Mini-Morph. Which is opening up other deck possibilities.
