The freljord side of the Scargrounds package feels a lot weaker than the noxus side. The Braum buff was nice but a buff to Scarmaiden Reaver, Scarthane Steffen, or Unscarred Reaver would be nice too.
Having Steffen start at 3 attack (3/4) would help allow him to block Fearsome out of the gate...
