Yordle in Arms -- feels too strong, the increased buff feels too easy to obtain. Katarina -- Love to see her become more playable/used more often. She's under played due to how weak she can be. Maybe her recall could create a follower?

Note the idea of Katarina's recall summoning a follower (at least at level 1) is to help soften the tempo loss of her being recalled. My thoughts on the follower would be something like a 1/1 animated blade or what not.
