I recommend trying to circle strafe/orbit -- Always be moving, while trying to point your guns at the target.

That actually was my go to. W+A+Space orbiting a target and leaning in till they go pop. But that doesn't seem to be as effective anymore. Can't seem to hit half as much, and the ammo issue makes it a bit worse. I really feel like my gimbals got gimped.
