Several previously pro-Trump family members would constantly try to argue that Trump was doing a good job because he was running the government like a business... strangely ignoring the fact Trumps businesses have almost all failed horribly.
Right? It boggles my mind that people think he's a good 'businessman' when there is facts/proof that he is not. The 'Con' started long ago and I'm still blow away at how many people fell for this charlatan career criminal.
There's an interview with the producers of The Apprentice who talked about the reason why they hired Trump was because he was such a ridiculous caricature. The entire show took place on a set because Trump Tower offices were run down and falling apart.
The whole show was supposed to be a comedy, and they were horrified when people thought it was serious.
