Two grocery stores were completely sold out of pancake mix. Bisquick, generic, all of it. Plenty of other stuff, but no pancake mix. People clearly want pancakes during the pandemic. I am one of those people.
I highly recommend Kodiak Cakes (Me and my kids love the Dark Chocolate ones, with peanut butter). We were able to order 3 packs on Amazon.pic.twitter.com/GXjN0gXEYR
