No, that’s fine. I was just asking so I knew what I was referencing. I mean, I thought that the reference for protecting life intimated that it was referring to people. But hey, if you’ll change your mind about abortions, I’ll stop killing flies and eating meat.

Sure, but I was using it as a starting point. So, a kid is a kid once it leaves the womb, I think we agree about that? But when does it become a kid? For that example, is the kid in utero less of a kid than the premie of the same gestation period? (More incoming...)

Let’s assume we agree that a 32-week baby is a baby, whether born premature or in the womb. How about 20-weeks, when you can tell the gender? How about when the eyes are formed? Or limbs? Or when the heart is developed at six weeks? How about 5? 4? When is potential achieved?

Just a woman popping in here to let you know that there is no such thing as a late term abortion. Literally. Talk to an OB/GYN. They don’t exist.
-
Yeah, it’s understood that they mean late 2nd/3rd term abortions. Stupid language that sounds like it means something but doesn’t, like ‘heartbeat bill”

A late term abortion is very rare. They are legal here in CAN only in life:health endangerment of the woman.
