This HEAVILY depends on the maturity level, understanding, and respect between the players. I’ve had games with evil characters that were awesome! @mattcolville We just had this happen in our Strahd game. It did not go over well. Many players want to work as a team to overcome challenges and having major conflicts within is not fun for them. The harder the adventure feels the more I think it’s not okay.
