Mitch McConnell gives no explanation for why a president (say Obama) should lose the power to nominate a Supreme Court Justice in an election year. Meanwhile, he dismisses out of hand the easily explained maxim that a POTUS under investigation (say Trump) can't CHOOSE HIS JUDGE.
Mitch McConnell is IMO worse than Trump. He needs to be removed from office. He has proven that just because you can, does not mean you should. (Great power comes great responsibility, which he has failed at).
