JUST IN: @GovWhitmer has signed an executive order closing indoor bar service and limiting indoor gatherings for the entire state to 10 people, cutting back from a maximum of 50 in the U.P. and 17 northern Lower Peninsula counties.

Gov. Whitmer's order opens up Detroit's three casinos to 15% capacity on Aug. 5 with required temperature checks of employees and patrons. "Casinos must require patrons to wear a face covering, except while eating or drinking or for identification purposes," per news release.

Goal is each teacher will have just one remote student.
