Quite literally the definition of cruel and evil. Our leaders should be making it easier for children in need of a loving home to find one, not trying to find new ways to license discrimination. Babies will be born to mothers forced to carry them who might then go up for adoption will end up in the system for who knows how long because a whole sector of parents will no longer be eligible?! This a$$hat has to go!!! Hateful!!

This does make it easier though, and is putting the children first. This just means there can be more adoption services receiving funding, whatever their personal values, religious or secular. Restricting it based on liberal values reduces services for the children in need.
