Yesterday I looked up mimicry in terms of species - nonvenomous snakes that resemble venomous ones, praying mantis resembling a twig. No one suggests that these species mimicking another one are actually that other species.

Legally you can't compel people 2 accept as factually true, that others' mimicry of opposite sex means they actually ARE the opposite sex. "Deceit" is a legal concept in US - better stick w/ neutral "nonconformity to sex-based stereotypes" when it comes 2 transgender rights,
