    This entire ‘exit industry’ was created by the industry by having contracts in perpetuity and the suppression of the secondary market.

    Some timeshare exit companies that claim they can get out out of your timeshare are charging as much as $11,000 for the service. The industry says they're scammers, and has filed dozens of lawsuits across the nation.
