Under the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, only business such as Medium may not discriminate based on immutable characteristics. Applying a more stringent code of conduct against members of certain racial and gender groups is discriminatory treatment.https://techcrunch.com/2018/01/30/appeals-court-rules-that-tinders-pricing-violates-age-discrimination-laws/ …

I am a paying customer of Medium. They are denying me access to services based on my race and gender. Medium is rife with hate speech, mine contains none, and many of my stories were confirmed: - Susan Rice - Mooch memo - Saudi weapons deal - John Conyers

"White people are the witches in the gingerbread houses. They are the liars and the tricksters of the “free” world that ain’t so free... They are the embodiment of failed dreams and hopes who kill the other children and steal their toys." Will Medium ban this hate speech?

Medium has seen several clear cases of hate speech. They banned me, but aren't taking action against other users. Discovery is going to be fun!

Not one of these "journalists" talking about my lawsuit mention the Unruh Act, or talk to lawyers who know the law. Why? Just like Newsweek admitted they don't fact check, no one in MSM wants to find out the truth. (Hint: I have a strong legal argument.)

Fun fact! I am *literally* a published legal scholar. My expertise? Civil rights litigation. Don't believe me? The "political view" is not included in the Unruh C. R. Act
-
You didn't listen, did you? He's suing based on the basis of hate speech against whites NOT being policed. Lots of evidence.
-
I did...my answer is just a statement that the political orientation isn't mentioned but e.g. "genetic information", "ancestry"
-
His argument is, pro-white/male speech speech is censored because it is pro-white/male, ergo, illegal. If I cite peer-reviewed studies showing blacks have lower IQs than the general white population, are you saying you WON'T Point & Shriek like a purple-haired lesbian?
-
What's your IQ?

If you don't mind, I'm just going to sit back and appreciate my skill at so reliably triggering you.pic.twitter.com/CP4dCzkEwx
-
Is your IQ even high enough for you to know your IQ?
-
Did you notice how the Libtard initially feigned pure ignorance of a snarky intent when I responded in kind? Pretending his question about my IQ expressed a sincere desire to know? Yet before I even answered, he was back to make plain his outrage against my racist killshot!pic.twitter.com/tYmmHEm7eU

How much were you paying to use their service?
-
Does it matter? You can choose to sell a service or offer it for free. What you cannot do is discriminate against certain groups or people for the use.
-
Any business can do that. They even gave notice.https://blog.medium.com/updating-our-rules-d99d594d1a0c …
-
You just gave a link to general rules against "hate" which of course is nowadays a euphemism for shutting down non-conforming opinion. Which is why when you start indiscriminately targeting certain people, they can sue you since you have no monopoly of interpretation
-
When it becomes out of hand and they do something about it, this is what happens. It’s not like they are stopping him from blogging. There are plenty of services out there.
-
The problem with your position is, before very long the rabbit hole gets to "I can't offer my services to you because you're black/white, afterall there are several other similar services out there". See?
-
Well then no one will use their service if that’s the case. Let businesses succeed and fail on their merits. Just like bakeries who don’t make gay people cakes.
-
Businesses don't have that prerogative. Why not let communities become safe on their own merit and not try using legislation to check errant behaviour? I get how hard it is to see the inherent injustice in such situations because Liberals control the media. Not surprising.
