FDA dude: All flavored e-cigs will be pulled. Tobacco ones will have to file to stay in the market. Flavored ones will have to apply to get back on the market. tl;dr: The products will require FDA approval to continue being sold

A more responsible ban would be on 3rd party flavor refills. Juul and the like have too much 'skin' in the game to play dice with profits, where 3rd party refills co. are MethLab style chemistry sets w internet distribution
