Unbelievable. You absolutely cannot be pro-life and anti-vax. That’s like being against animal abuse but pro dog fights.
-
Considering that vaccines are made on aborted fetal tissues, I don’t see how you can be pro life and pro vax. 72 fetus for the rubella vax alone. http://www.yourhealthfreedom.org/76-human-fetuses-were-used-in-the-development-of-the-rubella-vaccine/ … http://www.yourhealthfreedom.org/21-vaccines-contain-cell-lines-derived-from-aborted-fetuses/ …

I’m sure they’re fine people; however, we are now seeing diseases that were essentially eradicated coming back. The anti-vax movement was born out of a handful of studies that have been disproven.
-
The research pointing to the impact of vaccines on longterm health is ignored by the pharmaceutical and those pressuring more and more vaccines. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5607155/pdf/13167_2017_Article_101.pdf …

putting other children and vulnerable people in danger out of selfishness is bad and they should be called out -
#SB276 puts the vulnerable in danger. These children should be able to keep their medical exemptions 4 school. -
No it doesn't.

I believe they have good intentions, I also believe it is a thoroughly misguided and misinformed movement. Dr. Peter Hotez did a Joe Rogan podcast addressing this movement worth listening to.
-
Peter Hotez lies outright several times in that interviews. You can fact check him on the cdc website and the vax manufacturers own inserts!
-
Could you share a specific example or two?
-
The numbers he quoted on severe reactions (1 in ten million) are way off. It's closer to 1 in ten thousand. His numbers are the ratio of VAERS reports to vaccines administered, but VAERS only captures 1% of injuries. Misleading at best.
-
So a main basis of the “anti-vax” argument is the cost benefit analysis is much closer to evenly balanced than advertised?
-
A proper cost/benefit analysis of the current recommended schedule has never been done. I was refuting information presented by Dr. Hotez in his Joe Rogan interview. I am not trying to convince people not to vaccinate, if they feel that is what's right for their family.
-
I’m sorry, I meant that as a general question trying to understand the “anti-vax” stance not specifically your POV. Thanks for providing more context. It is a difficult question the bill is trying to answer, however clearly better handled on a case by case basis.
