Parents should encourage their kids to learn a trade at vocational schools or a local community college. Not as prestigious as ivy league diploma mills but odds are they'll actually do better financially not to mention intellectually without student loan debt over their heads

Agreed. Both of mine were lucky that there are vocational high schools where we live. Both are making more than a couple of the teachers at that school and a 1/4 of their age. Their goal? Save, save, save.

Especially allowing students to file for bankruptcy. It stays on your credit record for ten years...a solid slap on the wrist...but it permits people to get on with their lives, which is what bankruptcy is all about.

Been to a couple college campuses bc of my kids are in sports, every single one is under some sort of construction. They are awash in money. Govt money, I bet..

Probably not. - No guarantees will hurt with lower-middle class. (Also, grassroots blue-collar conservatives would be optionless, leaving us with base of Teabrained hicks.) - Suing contradicts personal responsibility. Also, very few seriously have ed as POTUS vote issue.
