Trump views war the way they did in the pre-napoleon times, war is meant to aid negotiations rather than seek for total destruction. With Trump, wars are usually over in a day.

I know this does not have a lot to do with your topic but do you thing a minimum wage increase would help also. I'm not talking about a raise to get to $15 but a more reasonable one like to $9 or maybe $9.50. Just a regular guy who is curious.
