My brother is a Nypd captain. This video would break his heart. Difficult for most law abiding New Yorkers to get concealed carry. This victim never had a chance. It’s quite obvious that Criminals don’t obey the law. I live in Florida and will shoot back.

Hope not=before Guiliani, the 70s and 80s were dangerous times to live in NYC and the Bronx, the "Guardian Angels" were a help on the subways for a time, but in the streets especially after dark-serious trouble. No surveillance cameras then or cellphones/digital cameras/police

It won't return to the 80's.. But these situations will become more frequent.. However gentrification will make upstate NY the new crime capitol.. Along with surrounding areas of NJ and CT.. Gentrification only relocates ghettos.. It's a mentality not a neighborhood

i see: NO blood no kickback from the gun’s recoil (even a 9mm will have a little) no expelled round ejected from the chamber you see a small flash in the pic, from the gun, that’s it. i dunno. this looks fishy to me
just observing. makes me wonder. -
.22 caliber has little recoil, also depending on the type of round loaded blood leaks slower or faster, eg; hollow point vs rimfire.
