I commanded thousands of Americans. My parents and extended family are from west Tennessee. I would refuse any order to conduct attacks on American citizens from any President. Period.

Only way the american military fires on the citizens is of they spoof the targeting system on a sub, and the sailors think theyre bombing Beijing, but really hitting Seattle

Pilot knows where he is and wont drop bombs, infantry will know where they are, but no more than 2 people at any time know the exact location of a US Submarine
