Books find you, or you find books, at exactly the time you need them. Better to read widely as life is dynamic, and the classics will find you.https://twitter.com/adamscrabble/status/1167799671533789192 …

Hard to believe that Winklevoss twins didn't pay the author of Bitcoin Billionaires. The fawning and scenes of partying were eye rolling. Weighed down what could have been a great book. Banking on Bitcoin is better overview of the crypto revolution. https://amzn.to/34jgTfy

One of you told me to read, "The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind." Mind blowing in ways that I am still processing. A book you comprehend but it has layers. (Also why I block people. Idiots / losers plug timeline and make it hard to find gold.)

One of you claimed The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind was Neal Stephenon's inspiration for Snow Crash. The "voices of god" and language as firmware certainly suggest this to be true. Anyhow, good book rec, whoever you are, Twitter person.

I'd like a well done Alchemist film.

in the fashion of The Life of Pi would be great.

I'd like it a little more Sepia tone of course, and a little grittier, Life of Pi was a little too "crisp".pic.twitter.com/dr8Pc0wBpQ

Tom Robbins is extremely underrated. He condensed the learnings of the Sixties into novel form. Presided over Tim Leary’s deathbed. Just sayin’

My 14 year old is reading The Alchemist
. The Bicameral Mind book is phenomenal and while I’m far past that thought-spectrum about humans for those searching for enlightenment it’s valuable. Some of the best books I’ve read are by Nietzsche and Tolle.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Question: is it better to read indiscriminately hundreds of books, of which only a few are literary classics. Or to devote oneself to only reading the classics of philosophy, history, and so on...
