Where is the armed guard? Where are the cops? Doesn't the store have a security camera, alarm, or other measure of security? If someone can sit around and catch the thieves on IPhones, why can't law enforcement officers haul them away in a paddy wagon?

In real life, cops shows up in the aftermath. This is especially true for LEO's in CA. State politicians require them to stand down when black folks are involved.
