The first Church Fathers/ Christians were vegetarian/ vegan. I was vegetarian for 7 years...now vegan for 9 years. I take supplements, exercise and look after my health. It works for my spirit, mind & body.Being vegetarian might be a more viable/ healthy option for animal lovers.
