It's inconceivable that both cameras were broken under the circumstances. If so, there should have been 24-hour vigilance. It defies logic.

Are their camera to each entrance of the facility and logs of people coming and going? At a minimum we could ID if someone unusual was there then if nothing we could narrow down tonthise there as prisoners and those who work there.

Big Herc always says when the camera's don't work...it's cause the prison doesn't want them to work. BUT...when a prisoner hurts a guard or other con...the camera's ALWAYS work.

The surveillance system will have time stamps when they “broke.” Will surely be on the work order.

we've all seen the movies where the security sits in the cctv room viewing a bank of screens and two go out and then he and his pal go to sleep because that's a normal thing.

Surely before moving him to the location the cameras would have been checked. Two malfunctioning right when he died is outrageous.
