Wrong on so many levels.

The way public schools are funding is awful as well. Count days are just dumb and standardized testing doesn't help failing schools. The schools that excel will continue to get more funding and the schools that fail will continue to get less keeping it that way. (Fed $)

they going to close down Brookyn Tech, Dante's Alma Mater & Stuyvesant as well?

Why Mike? Because it will accelerate the fall of NYC, first high earners leaving bc high tax, now upper/middle families will flee for education choice?

Hollywood did “Revenge of the Nerds” now Mayor DeBlasio wants to do “Revenge Against the Nerds”

First the wealthy, now the gifted. He really, really wants to streamline NYC.

One reason how the school system my sibs and I went to became the school system that gave us Michael Brown.

People that voted for him still won’t care.

That means no sports teams—unless they are all no-cut and no limit to number of kids who want to play. Sports in schools are the epitome of gifted programs. Athletic equity for all.

All this does is change the names around, on my kids schools you have honors and college prep. They got rid of remedial. So now college prep is remedial and honors is still honors. So the regular student can either be overwhelmed or bored. Yeah us!!!

make all the rich priviledged kids from the elites be cut off from opportunities. Got to have these blue liberal parents practice what they preach.
